Pearl Aruba Condos is on the north-western coast of Eagle Beach in Aruba Island.
From Pearl Aruba Condos, you can reach the nearest beaches in a matter of minutes. With a car, Palm Beach is five minutes’ drive away. The Eagle beach is a five-minute walk from here. Another beautiful beach called Manchebo beach is at a ten-minute walking distance from the condos.
The Nearest bus-stop is located at a ten-minute walking distance from Pearl Aruba Condos. Our guests can use the public transport to reach the Palm Beach and Downtown area.
We recommend renting a car to sightsee the island and other areas of interest. You can reach our front desk, and we will assist you in arranging a rental car.
Yes, we provide housekeeping/cleaning services twice a week for our rooms.
Yes, we provide beach chairs and beach towels. Just reach our front desk, and one of our staff members will surely help you out with beach chairs & towels.
We have rooms available for your groups of family and friends. Check out our Two-Bedroom condos with Terrace & Two-Bedroom with Balcony, as a total of six guests can accommodate the room.
We also have Connecting One-Bedrooms, which are two One-Bedrooms next to each other with a connecting door in the middle. Connecting doors can be opened or locked off.

We have four basic types of rooms available. These rooms are differentiated based on guests’ occupancy and availability of terrace/balcony. We offer a one-bedroom condo with a terrace, one-bedroom condo with balcony, two-bedroom condo with terrace, two-bedroom condo with balcony.
Booking a room here is very quick and easy. The fastest is online through our website. Just select the check-in / check-out dates, number of adults & children, and book instantly. Although a prepayment is required to reserve your room, you get an immediate confirmation. You can also reach our customer support to make a booking through the phone.
As per our timings, the idea time for check-in is anywhere between 4 pm to 6 pm. So make sure you reach us within this period. In case you arrive after 6 pm, look for the evening security to confirm your reservation and get the access key. Pass by to get yourselves registered by the next morning. If you are late and still need any changes, please contact us and let us know about your arrival at our customer care.
The services we offer aren’t room-specific. If you make any reservation with us, you can enjoy top-rated services. Like swimming pool, free WiFi connectivity, free parking space, bar, air-conditioning, barbecue area, laundry, and dry cleaning facilities, and much more.
For bigger groups of family and friends, check out our Two-Bedroom Condos with Terrace & Two-Bedroom Condos with Balcony. These rooms allow accommodation for up to six guests per room.

We have a flexible cancellation policy. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hrs before the arrival date.
As the name suggests, the primary difference is the number of beds available. In the One-bedroom condo, you’ll get one king-size double bed in the bedroom and one queen-size sofa-bed in the living room.
On the other hand, our Two-bedroom condo includes one king-size bed in one bedroom, one queen-size bed in another bedroom, and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room.
The balcony rooms have a beautiful outdoor space attached to the place to enjoy the view outside of the room. Whereas the rooms with terrace have a cozy patio as an extension, This spacious terrace is a great way to enjoy the pleasant weather and to do the usual things outside. Especially for children, the terrace is a great place to play.

Our Ideal time for check-in is anywhere between 4 pm to 6 pm. Make sure you reach within this time frame.
Our front desk is open from 9 am to 6 pm. For arrivals after 6 pm, please look for the evening security and they will assist you to your room. Please make sure to pass by our front desk in the morning to finalize the check-in.
Yes, the security deposit upon arrival is $300 via credit card.
Guests must carry photo identification and a credit card upon arrival at Pearl Aruba Condos. This is required as per the verification process.
Late check-outs are subjected to availability. Please contact the front office on the day of your departure.
Yes, you can change or cancel your booking as per our condo policies. We recommend calling our customer support to modify or cancel your reservations.
Yes, you can, but it depends on availability. The cost for additional guests per night in a room is $20 in both high and low seasons.
Yes, we have our on-site restaurant called Fruto D’ Mare Restaurant, specializing in every food & delicacy you want to enjoy while you stay at Pearl Aruba Condos. The restaurant is a few steps away from your room, as it is located on the premises of the condo itself.

We accept payment through credit cards & debits cards such as Diners Club International, Mastercard, Discover Network & Visa exclusively. Any other kinds of cards are not taken. Apart from credit cards & debit cards, we also accept cash payments.
For our high season, i.e., December 23 – April 12, the standard price for two people/night is $145.00. On the other hand, the low season ranges from April 13 to December 22. The standard price for two people/per night is $115.00 in the low season.
Our Prices do not include the taxes, and they are levied at the time of the final payment. The details of charges are; tourist tax: 9.5%, service charge: 15.5%, tourist levy tax $3 per night.
We have a flexible cancellation policy. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hrs before the arrival date.
